Teresa, I was a bit annoyed as well. But what are you going to do. Working at the hospital I know that these things can happen and he is a good surgeon. I have talked to a few docs I know as to whether I should go to someone else. But he is one of the best! (besides I will get good clse treatment I bet LOL)

Hi Ladybug,

I'm here! How are you? I hope all is well. Got my patch increased to .075 and have been having some fluctuations. Hopefully things will settle down and this will be the right dose I've been cold a lot - hope my thyroid's not puttering out Had it checked a month or so ago and it was okay. I really, really just want to feel normal again! Sleep is better but I did take a sleeping pill last night. I seem to take one about once a week now. I so don't want to get dependent on them. I see you were up late posting this. I hope sleep has been better for you too!

Well, I better get ready for work. I hope everyone has a great day!

Teresa

Teresa, I am cold alllllll the time now. I just had my thyroid checked this week and it was perfectly fine so I chalk it up to hormones. LOL! My sleep......much worse now. I was working nights for 7 weeks started back to days on wed and now.....errrrrrrrrr it is awful....can't sleep at night tired all day. UGH! I will get regulated again though. Work is stressful! Not becuase of work but I am on my thrid orientee in a row. I am tired of teaching LOL! But the obsessive side then kicks in and I ASK to train so I have them all knowing my way LOL! Now I am jsut trying to get everything I can cought up before going down again on ANOTHER surgery. How is that patch working? I am allergic to adhesives so we thought I best nto try a patch.

Dallas, I noticed my tummy a litle poochier too and I hope it regulates soon....of couse now I will add to the swelling again. Oh well.

well I am off to bed.

Night!

Hi Donna,

I'm sorry you aren't sleeping well again. It's so hard when sleep won't come. I actually slept from 10 - 4 straight through last night without a sleeping pill. I'm excited that hasn't happened often since surgery. My poor husband has been sleeping on the couch so he doesn't wake me up. He takes the dog too - they both make a bit of noise while sleeping and the littlest sound now wakes me up. I use to sleep so sound... I had my thyroid checked too and it was normal. If the cold keeps up I think I'll ask them to check again my resting heart rate is slower too. I've been to the doctor so much recently. Not like me but I guess things have changed. I do feel so much better though! The patch works well. What are you using for ERT?

Have a great day!

Theresa,

well I had my second blader surgery wed. and Ouch! LOL! I was not this sore the first time!!! I guess because that one was an abdominal inscision and this was vaginal. Feels like he had my legs tied up over my head LOL. Can't sit or anything yet. But other than that I am doing ok. Guess he wanted to make sure it was good and fixed this time.

How is everyone else?

Hi Ladybug,

I hope you are feeling better! It doesn't sound like any fun I sure hope it's good and fixed this time!!!

I'm doing pretty good - trying to get use to my new dose of estrogen. I must be sensitive to changes. I've been an anxious and nervous wreck before I started HRT and when I've changed the HRT. This too shall pass. Sleep is better so the estrogen is working.

I hope everyone is doing well!
