Get some rest and hope you are feeling better soon.

Thanks, Jessica. I'm thankful that it wasn't worse... but boy did I feel that backwards step today. I have to go to my breast ultrasound first thing in the morning, but I plan to do nothing but stay in tomorrow with a good book, my heating pad, and my laptop.

Oh yes, it feels so much better now than it did last night and this morning (the incision itself) - I just wish I hadn't overdone it at the office!

I had the same thing happen to me with my wisdom teeth, except it was just this past spring. Argh, that stitch felt awful!

Careful about doing too much at work... my experience was that the minute I arrived back at the office, everyone I assumed I was back at 100%... There was no "easing" back into things. Remember to take it easy and .

Oh yes... today was a bad experience, but I don't plan on a repeat performance. My boss knows that I'm still not released and that I won't be back into the office on a regular basis until that occurs. She was actually on the phone, telling me to get out of the office... even though she's the one that insisted the tasks be completed. As I left today, I told my assistant not to expect to see me today, and if she sees me Friday, it'll just be a drive-by. Hopefully things improve next week, when my boss is back in the office, and there's someone else in the office to handle things.
