Just got my Chillow today... hoping I have a better night tonight!! I have myself so worried that the pain is going to return... that the Endometriosis or Adhesions will come back. I am afraid to move because everything I have read is that doing too much too soon can cause it to start back. I think I need to see a specialist to ensure that I do everything possible to keep it from returning. I have heard that accupuncture can help too... anyone have any experience with that??

acupuncture, physio/massage, herbs and every other thing you can lay your hands on sounds like the go. no option, as mainstream medicine have nothing to help with it, other than more surgery and more.......and more...........eeeeuuww............not a good solution. let us know what you do, and what successes you have along the way? and.........good luck.......gee.

yeah, I think I am thru with surgery!!! I am already looking into acupuncture and herbs. I started taking Evening Primrose Oil, which is supposed to be one thing that helps. I am not having hot flashes too bad anymore.. and no severe mood swings. I do cry pretty easy, but there is nothing wrong with having a good cry now and then. I am getting a book of recipes and going on the Endometriosis Diet. I will keep you guys clued in on how it goes. The biggest thing they want you to give up is Wheat (all wheats, even wheat flour) and Dairy too. I am not a big milk drinker, so I think I can do it. I started on Citracal to get my calcium to battle Osteoporosis. My mom is the one who had 2 strokes after being put on HRT which is why they have been so cautious with me and now she in not on anything and is starting to have some Bone Density problems. So, I plan to battle this full force!! I will NOT sit back and let these doctors tell me that I am going to have to suffer for the rest of my life. I believe God will get me through this (with a little help from his angels, aka Hystersisters!) YOu guys have been so informative and have helped me want to stand and fight this disease. Thanks so much and I only hope that somehow someway I can help or inspire some of you in return!!

I have always been a huge fan of natural ways of healing.. so much that I once questioned my surgery BUT I think it is great that we all have that natural help out there. I take Oona for my hot flashes and mood swings.. I also take passion flower for the insomnia. It has helped drastically.
