gosh, yes.. first of all I have a spinal cord injury and my colon doesn't work to begin with... NOW , omg.. it's so much worse.
I can't even get into it here, way too much info

you are not alone, on top of that, my bladder doesn't work, either... so I have to self cath,from my accident.

You might want to try Colace stool softener. Take it at night and it usually helps the next morning, in a natural and gentle way. Don't worry, you'll get back to normal once you start moving more and life gets back on track.

Same issue with me -- But I like the taste of Plum Smart. Work great and taste cleaner. Also, you may want to try a softner this way when you "go" won't be as uncomfortable ... Best of luck ; )
