Well I had the cat scan done Friday. Felt better after the two bottles of barium,Thursday. I must be deficient in barium. HA HA. Until 4 am when I was sick again. This is getting pretty old. I am sick of being sick. I found an out paient center that took my insurance and billed 1/10 the price, wow. Good thing I felt a little better in the a.m so I could shop around. By the P.M I was sick again. If I rest all day I'm not too bad but if I get up and out or eat anything I am miserably sick. Well I had my big 50 yesterday and since I don't know what I am dealing with I didn't do much of anything. Went to church and bible study and had a small piece of cheese cake. ate soup for dinner. Feeling really down. Didn't sleep all night. Spent most of the night reading posts. Had a hard time finding this update. I need to get ready to go to the RA Dr. hope he might find the problem. Tomorrow I see GI specialist. I will up date later. Thanks for everyone's support.

Karen, I am so sorry to hear about your situation. I have a "dead" frozen left arm that my doctors are investigating (since the morning after surgery it has gotten worse and worse). I'm sure you thought like I did that after the surgery we'd be so much better. I'd rather have my presurgery pain that a dead arm. I will say a prayer for you. Please keep us updated on your progress. Sandi

Hello to all my sisters!
Well I survived another day at work! Today, however, I have a lot of pain on my left side. I kept my ovaries and this is the week that I am suppose to have my period. UGHH! I wish she would have taken at least the left ovary, but she said they both looked ok. Then why is it every other month on my left side I have so much pain!!!

Anyway, Karen I am so sorry that you are still going through all of this. I will continue to keep you in my thoughts and prayers! I will be online later if you need to talk.. DH has schooling tonight before work, so I can get online for a while.

Everyone else, I hope that you continue to feel better and are on the right track to be "normal" again.. Whatever that is right? That is how I feel sometimes.

Have a great night!

Hey Ladies, Well Im Now Almost 7 Weeks Post-op. I Have The Whole Time Had A Pressure Feeling In My Bladder & A Stabbing Like Pain When I Urinate. There Are Still Some Odd Pains & Feelings Along Here & There. Today Is Feeling Different. On The Left Side Of My Belly Button About4 Inches Over Is Hurting. Now Ive Had Some Pains Come & Go, But This One Seems To Want To Stay. Its Not The Most Pain Ever, but Its Uncomfortable. Also I Had A Sharp Pain That Went From The Side Of My Belly Button Down Into My Pelvic Area, But That Was The Other Day. Has Anyone Else Felt That & Is It Normal?

Hi Ladies...
Well, I honestly think I'm back to normal! I'm so happy! The best thing is no more bleeding EVER! I'm 7 weeks postop on Wed. and I feel normal. I'm waiting to see if my pms symptoms come around. I will say that my boobs are VERY tender which was never a pms symptom before...odd. I'm glad to say the "relations" are great too! I was worried after I read(big mistake...lol) that some women who have their cervixes removed don't enjoy s-e-x but...not the case here. YAY!! :-)

Have a question for you gals. I'm 6 weeks post-op, not quite healed, no pool, sex and light exercise. I still have pain if I stop wearing girdle (also had bladder lifted and more) and when I pee, I also poop. Dr says my pelvic floor muscles are weak and I must exercise them. If its not better in a month then physical therapy????what is that??? Anyone have this problem?
Thanks, Gilbertgal

Hi Ladies!
I am glad to hear about those of you that are feeling better, and those of you that are still on the way, you are in my thoughts and I sincerely hope you find pain free comfort soon.
I have felt great, zero pain, since my 5 week anniversary, February 27th! So, I had tickets to a Boston Celtics game, that I was planning on giving away if i did not feel better. The game was Friday March 7. Great game..nice being in Boston again (where I went to school) and was a great time overall, until Saturday. I don't know if it was the oh-so comfortable seats at the Garden, or the 5 mile "rain walk" from the only parking spot in the entire city, or all the excitement from a real trek outside...but did I feel it on Saturday!!! I did absolutely nothing on Saturday except watch tv. My exercise for the day was walking the 15 or so feet to the coffee maker, but, I do drink alot of coffee, so I REALLY do consider this exercise! Was it worth it? OH YES!!!!! I had another big day out Sunday, and am a little achy today, but I was going a little stir crazy. The grocery store just wasn't cutting it anymore!
Well, I just felt like sharing my outing with you all!
I hope you have a great night, or day, depending on where you live, and be well!!
