Any regrets?

Your thread really hit home with me.. I had a D&C on Dec. 13 that came back Stage 1 well differentiated endocarcinoma... The path. at the hosp told my gyn that maybe the D&C got it all. I tore up the internet in the next few weeks, because everyone told me I was fortunate in catching it early. I too asked about Megace... sometime I wonder if the body just needs time to heal itself. I go in for my 1 wk. post op tomorrow. I already know if my path report comes back okay, I will always wonder if I did the right thing. I think logical thinking people proactive in their health would be amiss not to. Best of luck to you.

Any regrets?

I stopped wondering and let my rational practitioner brain take over - if I had been on the other side I would have recommended hyster as well, now I have a better perspective when I talk to my patients about their surgery - our hearts and souls need to be cared for too!!! Good luck with your recovery and if I had had ANY cancer I wouldn't have hesitated - you did the right thing And let yourself grieve this loss - I'm finally doing that.
