I am having the same problem, feeling like I been hit by a big rig. I went back to work on Tuesday 1/2 days and by lunch time I thought I was going to die. I am sore ALL over, even the bottom of my feet. I may get 2 hours of sleep a day but that is only when I come home from work. Then I am up all night until I come home again from work. This has only been since I went back to work. Before that I have not been able to go to sleep at all. I mean I am up anywhere from 48-72 hours at a time. I know it is not doing my body good at all. I am still recovering.

But from what you all say, it sounds like it is just a result of trying to live a "normal" (?) life -

Please, take it easy! You should not be lifting if it makes your tummy hurt again. Your body needs more rest & recovery it sounds like. I hope you are ok. Take care of yourself.
