muscle and joint pain

I order my fish oils on-line from a website in Canada. The fish oils I purchase are pharmacy grade fish oils....they are refined to remove things like mercury and other things that can contaminate fish. They are more expensive than the fish oils you buy at a health food store or regular pharmacy but it's worth it to me since I take three capsules every day. I found the website when I was researching information found in the book the Zone Diet, which are changes in lifestyle to have better health...

My health food store recommended Nordic Naturals for the fish oil. It is made from deep sea fish oil. I take two a day and it gives you 1280mg of omega 3. There are lots of choices out there.

I had an acupuncture treatment yesterday and I can't believe how much better I feel! She treated my lymphatic system to drain all that was blocked. My lymph nodes under my arms were swollen and hard, today they're non-existant to touch! I think it must have been a build-up of toxins that had my muscles hurting so bad. Going to do it again next week and then we'll see how it goes from there. She also said there's a treatment she can do to help me sleep. Hallelujah!

I thought I was going crazy, thanx for this info! My joints hurt all the time, I never had this before surgery. I also have a hard time sleeping without taking sleeping pills. I do not take hormones. Does anyone know if this goes away in time?

Cruella, you sound just like me. Before I found this web site, I thought I was going crazy too. I felt like I had suddenly gotten really old. I'm 49 and was very active and didn't have joint and muscle pain before the surgery. Now after surgery I'm one of those people that moans and groans when I get up from a sitting postion or try to get down on the floor. It's pitiful. But I feel so much better in other areas that the surgery was still worth it. I'm feeling better the past few days. I think adding the fish oil last week really helped.

muscle and joint pain

My surgery was on Oct 26th and I am in Pain. No HRT only Estroven. I am having Calcium since I read that could be a lack of Calcium. I will try Fish Oil to see what happens. I am 45 but feel like 80. I am usually very active but I did not get back to work out just yet. Just walking fast. I have pain all over and wake up in the middle of the night with soreness specially in my arms. It is so weird. I will keep on posting if I feel better.
