This happened to me at 18 day as well only heavier then. I have been extremely careful, following the does and don'ts. I have some days of spotting just a littl light pink, but woke up Satuday with fresh blood and this am with some bright blood again. Aaaaaaaaaagh. I didn't expect this. I have been to the dr. twice and he's looked inside and said it all looks great...

When people talk about spotting, are you experiencing anything similar? Mine has gone from pink back to red. Stays pretty light, but still feeling frustrated.

lili,
Saturday was my 20th day post-op TVH. I did stop bleeding and then began spotting, only light pink. Saturday evening I took my DD to a BD party and in the bathroom I notice Bright Red Blood filling a panty liner. I immediately came home and stayed off my feet until this AM. Thursday and Friday I spent a tremndous amount of time on my feet, driving and going up and down steps. Although I do no heaving lifting I think I may have burst and internal stich. Today (Monday) I am back to the pale pink spotting. I have read that others have had similar experiences so I'm just going to take it easy until DR appt 3/4/08. Take it easy and if your are worried call your DR. The posts on here are great but we are not doctor's. Plus everyone has different experiences. I hope all goes well for you and keep us posted on your recovery!

lili, don't say what kind of surgery you had..if you kept your cervix, you may have had a mini-period. I experienced a similar thing, at 3 weeks, then 7 weeks(when my period should be).
