driving - 21 days post-op (children mentioned)

YES! that is SOOO true about turning corners. Although, I'm going through residential areas taking my kids to school, so the speed limits are both 25 and 35 MPH, there is this one turn where you go down a steep hill (limit is 35 MPH, but it's REALLLY easy to go above that), and then you have to take a 90 degree turn onto another street. Oh my goodness. I didn't notice it as much yesterday... probably because I was driving like a slug, and I'm sure everyone behind me hated me (haha), but today, I drove the normal speed, and I took that turn, and I SO know what you mean about the shifting of the insides. Plus, I realized I had to use my abs just to keep me upright in my seat. haha. so, tomorrow, I'll take that turn a little easier.... gosh, the things I did not REALIZE before surgery... who ever woud have thought you need to use your abs when you turn a corner in a car.

I'll be taking it easy tomorrow.. luckily, I felt fine today after driving the kids to school, so I think I'm OK. :-)
