Vaginal Cuff Polyp Pain?

It has been almost two years since my surgery and I have had no problems. Then suddenly, out of no where, pain on my right side similar to mentrual cramps of yesteryear. I thought since I still had my ovaries and was younger that it was just my "faux period" but it persisted. I made an appt. with my obgyn and he said I had a vaginal cuff polyp and did an in office procedure involving silver nitrate. It still hurts, two days later which his office assured me is "normal". Anyone else out there experienced this?

I'm sorry you've experienced this ~ it sounds very uncomfortable indeed.

We have had ladies with this problem and I hope they'll be along soon to share. In the meantime, if you'd like to try a "search" (click third from the right on the purple bar, towards the top of this page), you'll find a number of threads to read through. Here's a link to one to get you started: https://www.hystersisters.com/vb2/sho...ighlight=polyp.

Sending all good wishes and I hope everything settles down very soon.
