6wk and pulled pelvic muscle

I went to the doc at 6wks post op, b/c I started hurting again he ran all the test and thinks I pulled a muscle. Has anyone had this happen to them after surgery. I am so ready to feel normal.

I'm wondering if I have the same problem. I don't know how I could have pulled a muscle though because I haven't done hardly anything. What does your pain feel like? I'm not quite 3 wks post-op and all of a sudden this week, I'm having an achy kind of pain on my lower right side that feels like the pain I was having before my TAH. I'm feeling kind of down because I feel like I had the surgery for nothing if I still have the pain.

Yes it feels achy on one side, Kind of hurts in your groin too. My doc said its because I haven't used those muscles in a while and when you start using them more you can pull one, kind of like when you haven't worked out in a while and you do you are really sore.

Well, maybe that's my pain too because it does hurt in the groin area too. I'm with you, I'm looking forward to feeling GOOD again. Everyone told me I'd feel like a new person after the surgery. I hope they're right. Maybe I'm just dwelling on stuff too much. I hope you feel better really soon. By the way, aren't you so glad we found this website?
