Meatigger
I feel like my schedule is backwards. I've been trying not to nap lately too. I've been sitting on my couch in the living room with no TV the last week so I wouldn't be tempted to lay down & watch TV. Most nights I've had this problem. Last night I had a few glasses of wine which seemed to help me to sleep better but I woke up with a headache. I guess that is the trade off small hangover & sleep or no sleep and grouchy the next day. Humm which is better...

Poor Vin.....I guess he's joining Ty in the Hiney Ring Hall of Fame. I retired Ty a few weeks ago. :-(

I just drove over to see my daughter's new apartment, which is about a 25 minutes drive from here then visited for about 45 minutes. I had to sit upright for all of that time. So now of course, my girly parts are all sore again. I just took an 800 mg. and am now reclined in bed, yet again. I guess the driving contributes to it. I was out with my mom yesterday for a couple of hours but she did the driving. I'm more uncomfortable now than I was yesterday. Oh well....I still have to drive here and there.

I have my next weekly appt. on Thursday. I'm real curious whether or not I have an infection. I don't have a fever so I'm not going to bother calling her early. If I develope a fever that's a different story.

I'm assuming since them posts are getting fewer and fewer that more and more of the ladies from our week of surgery have gone back to their normal life. I miss "talking" to everyone regularly.

Four days yea! You've got to be excited for this once in a life time trip! How long will you be there? You'll have to let us know how it went. Sounds like your getting your energy back. I would rest in between your sight seeing and you'll do great. Have fun sister [/quote]

Yes, a little energy is coming back. We'll be there for 11 days - I'll post my last this Thursday and then I'll be back on the 6th. Hopefully, you'll all still be around.

You are never too old to start a new career! I was a reservations agent for a major airline (my husband worked for them too) then we switched in our early 30's and went into ministry and I've been an officer with the salvation army for 16 years. Now I'm taking an editor's course and I've been doing a lot of writing - that's my next career - writer & editor!

So you're never too old! They're crying for nurses everywhere so it's a great profession to be in - if you like that kind of work, go for it. I personally couldn't do it - I'm not wired that way! I pass out when I see blood and get needles!

I can't wait to know what you decide. Whatever it is, I'll for you! For wisdom and stuff!

Hi girls!!!

Doing great..just a bit of fatigue but everything else is moving along rapidly.

sounds like everyone is doing fabulous-getting ready for Italy, nursing school and digging ditches.

I have been cruising around in my new used car a convertible vw bug, bright orange. Husband decided I needed a car that suited me so we traded in the jeep. will get back my license plate: IBABUG which I missed after I traded my last bug for a jeep. Wished I had it earlier on as climbing into the jeep was a bear but I survived.

I miss everyone too but I catch up with you all when I can. One more week working part time then I am going in with both feet.

Miss you guys-Ilene

I've also noticed the posts are getting less and less. Kind of sad since I look forward to hearing how everyone is doing.

I had a busy day and I sure am hurting. I wonder what is going on in my vagina. It still hurts don't know if it should at this point. I went to Walmart to get a gift for a birthday party today & a few other items. I went to a friends to discuss some games for my party on Sat. I went to a 5 year olds birthday party-wild. I was standing up for a while but kids running all around me made me nervous so I sat down with a pillow on my lap only to have my friends dog try to jump on my lap! Ouch, that would have hurt! I did four loads of laundry and went to lunch with DH & DD. Sure doesn't fill like a lot but my parts are screaming at me. I go to the Dr tomorrow at 10. I'm glad I have some things going on that he needs to look at like my strange white stripe. What the heck? I always have the strangest things happen to me. I guess it makes me who I am, right! Take care sisters I'll talk to you tomorrow.
