I panic! I couldn't find our thread! Glad I thought of looking at my control panel. I'll have to catch up on everyone's post. Hope everyone had a good couple of days. I'm sure tired from the long weekend.

[quote=JesusCrew] I looked at some website and this is what I found. Hopefully this will help all of us who suffer and will help prevent it in the future.

Hey thanks for this info. I've had 3 infections since my surgery. I think I'll try these I noticed some pressure again when I go to the bathroom. If it keeps up I'll try these.

No do you think that you might be having adhesions again? Some of what you are describing sounds similar to what I had when I had adhesions. The pain and tender to the touch.

Denise: thats a tuff decision, I think I would go ahead & try to have it fixed since either procedure requires the same stay.I mean if you do nothing it wont stop drooping,& I can't imagine sex would be comfortable for you that way either. When would you go in?

That is a hard decision. I also think I would get it fixed sooner than later. You seem to be noticing it more. Does it hurt? If so you don't want to continue to be in pain. All surgeries have possible complications Dr are required to discuss them with you. If you were having problems now what would it be like if you waited, wouldn't it get worse? I'm sorry that you may have to have surgery again so soon. In the last year I've had 3 surgeries so I understand how it feels facing another one. However, 2 were laps and they were an out patient surgery and only with my hyster did I have to stay in the hospital. Best of luck I really hope you start to feel better soon. Good luck with your decision.

It's more of an irritation than a pain. If I'm taking it easy and not doing too much it's fine. But like yesterday, I went to Sam's Club to get some things and after lifting it in and out of the cart, walking around, bringing it in the house, putting it away, etc., I noticed it much, much more. It was irritating and made me kinda miserable the rest of the day/night. I just parked it on the couch, buried my head in my Physics book, and rested.

I'm taking a wait and see attitude right now. I'm concentrating on school and COMPLETELY healing from the ordeal of the original surgery. I'm also having that surgery on my foot soon so I have that to deal with. I'm trying to put my vagina out of my mind as much as possible. I see my doc again on Wednesday then I'm off the hook for a couple of weeks since she is deploying overseas for a couple of weeks. I'm sure I'll be back in her stirrups again shortly after her return!

Anyhow......evil DH came over and finished hanging the curtains that I've been begging him to do for about four months now and painted the fronts of the stairs. That's two things knocked off the ever growing "to do" list before he goes to Afghanastan in August.

Here's to another week of returning to real life.

Hugs to all,

I'm not sure where you would buy it. I sell some yarn to some of the weavers in our area - they usually buy in larger quantities though. May I suggest you try looking up a weavers/spinners guild in your area. They'll know. You can do a google search to find them.

Find instructions on the net on a video (just google it) = there are some great ones out there. Get a mirror and with your back facing the computer screen, watch the instructions in the mirror. You'll have to manouver it a bit, but it works. I've taught a few lefties that way. I also learned how to knit left handed to teach a friend! Only a dedicated (a.k.a. fanatic) knitter would go that far!

I'll check out some sites for you and send you the links.

Yes, and every once in a while I get a twinge and it's the nerve endings coming back. Kinda feels like a sting/inner ping, kinda hard to describe. Had this before with jaw surgery years ago so I knew what it was.
