Is anyone else's belly button tender and sore?

I notice that it does not bother me in bed or in the morning when I get up. But as the day goes by, it starts to become more and more sore. Not shooting pains - just sore. my incison starts to bother me too - like it is irritated and I feel pins and needles. Is it just from being up and moving around a lot all day? Thank you!
