Anybody else hate drinking water?

I actually like to drink water, but am usually so scatterbrained and multi-tasking that the only place I reliably drink it is while driving!

I got a machine called an ionizer for Christmas. It changes the water molecules to a negative polarity, which makes them alkaline. I am loving drinking this water because it is absorbed well by the body, and drinking it I actually feel like I am hydrating myself for the first time in a long time.

I do not know much about water ionizers, but the brand name on it is Acai. (It was a gift.)

I agree with the post-writer above, though, that caffeine is at the heart of our problems. I have given up caffeine post-op (due to trying to stave off the effects of sudden menopause) and this is making water now seem much more attractive.

Good luck!

Anybody else hate drinking water?

Wow the water police are out in force! HA I have been trying to drink it and will keep it up, but I will continue to drink the decaf iced tea for my pleasure drinks. At least I'm not an alcohol drinker, then we'd have a whole new topic.
