I have a mental list, but nothing written down. We are going away the first week of April, so I'm trying to plan for our trip and have everything in place for the surgery. Either I'll be running around like a crazy person when we get back, or twiddling my thumbs getting very nervous!

Yes, we are going to Puerto Vallarta for a week. We have gone every year for the kids' spring break for the last 12 years. In the past we have all the kids (3) with us plus some of their friends, but this will be our last "spring break" trip and it just our daughter and a friend because she is a high school senior and the boys have a different break. That's why I scheduled my surgery for after the trip. It is very relaxing, so I should be ok as long as the lounge chairs are comfy. My only concern is that I have to stop taking ibu in the middle, so I plan on talking to my dr at my pre op about other alternatives.

WOW what fun LIsa that will be totally awesome hon!

Ok anyone scared of getting sick right before you go in? My throat was little sore this am, SO if it is in my future to get sick I would rather it be NOW so I can get well fast, Although now that I am up I feel OK

What is everyone doing this weekend?

Lisa do you have a time share or something? I am sort of looking for something like that to do with my kids... Ihave big kids <24 & 25> and then, the little one, she's 5... I would ove to find a cool place for everyone to vacation.

Shelly, I am more concerned with bleeding out before THE date than anything else... I may be looking at a transfusion... yikes!

Lorylyn, we never bought a timeshare, we usually rent in timeshare places and ignore the requests for the "free" breakfast. We've always needed 2 or 3 bed suites, and the timeshare places have more of those than a regular hotel. I'm not sure how much info I can give on the open forum, so email me if you have specific questions. We've stayed in a few places that are good for all ages.

Shelly, I'm terrified of getting sick too. Especially on the plane ride home when you are inhaling all that recycled air!
