forgot to put on new patch-what happens?

Hi Ladies-
I made a silly mistake today. I took off my vivelle patch and forgot to put on a new one. I'm at work for the next 8hrs. Do you think i'll have any major sytmptoms or problems by forgetting to put a new one back on?

Thanks!

Every person is different. You may not have any problems. Do you still have your old one one?

I took off my old one and forgot to put the new one on. After I made and ate breakfast I noticed I was not feeling very well. I put on my new patch and within 15 mins. was feeling much better. SO..............I make sure to take off/put on at the same time!

You may or may not have symptoms. If possible, I would see if someone could deliver the patch to you. I have forgotten my pain patch on occassion, my dh has been kind enough to deliver me a patch when I have forgotten to put the new one on.

If that isn't possible, I think you'll be okay. May have some hot flashes, but those should abate once you get home and put the new patch on.

I've forgotten overnight before and never had a problem - but then, I've been on them a very long time. You may or may not have symptoms, but if you do, I would think they would go away pretty fast after applying a new patch. I would not worry too much about it.

Hi!

I have forgotten several times before...I use Vivelle too. I just notice some mild flashes and I'm a little impatient/cranky/jittery. Those are the things that remind me that I've forgotten. Nothing severe, just noticeable. I've thought about carrying a spare in my purse for times like that! Hope you're doing well at work. Sending HUGS!
