I'm still up!~

I just finished watching August Rush which was a good movie. The house is quiet and all are in bed except me. I'm feeling very emotional, not sure why. Heck, I took my antidepressant about 4 hrs. ago. I know I need to get to bed soon so I can rest. I just feel this overwhelming urge to cry. I just with everything going on with surgery and everything going on with life in general it's only natural to release tension. Hopefully tomorrow is better.

I'm still up!~

Everything always is better in the morning light with or without a full nights sleep, or at least that is how I find it. Hang in there, and hunker down for the night. Know that we have all been there, and are there with you......Feel for you.....
Sorry things are so bad........this too shall pass

Hoppy Easter everyone!

Yup, you guessed it....still awake. Dang insomnia. I didn't even have a nap today. Hopefully I'm able to get to bed soon or I'll be paying for it tomorrow.

I'm still up!~

Happy Easter to you ladies. I'm 7 weeks post op and am now sleeping through the night (although waking early). I was told to "have a warm drink, a warm bath, a wee... then snuggle up in a warm bed" - the trouble is that it was freezing when I got out of the bath, the bed was cold and I woke up needing another wee! Anyway, hope you get a better night's sleep tonight

I'm still up!~

The insomnia is driving me a little nuts. I was expecting days of sleeping and struggling to wake up...
