Unhappy - ok ladies I think I found the right place ok ladies I think I found the right place

I am only 9 weeks post op but cant drive due to the pain I get have had two ultrasounds and a ct scan and all they see is a cyst on the one lonely ovary the DR refused to take out! You would think He was the one that waas going to suffer menopause! So now I have to make a decision either wait and see if the cyst goes away week by week for work as I drive a school bus and it reallt hurts to drive or tell him to go ahead and take it out He said he would but he reallt wants to advise me against it do to Surgical menopause and he said without even knowing what is really going on he would have to do it abdominally which scares the snot out of me since I had a LAVH and dont understand why he cant take it lap. OK that is the ranting portion should I go to another DR and get a second opinion or one that will at least try to take it Lap or even just do a laproscopy to see if there are any adhesions or something else going on HELP I am just over whelmed and dont have ant clue what to do

(((Kristy))) I think when in doubt it is always best to get a second opinion. I also don't know why he couldn't do it laproscopicaly if your hyst was done that way. I think that you need to ask more questions and do more research so that you can make the decision that is right for you. I hate to see that you are having to deal with so much pain. I hope that your feeling better soon. Keep us posted on what goes on. I am sending lots of 's,
Carol

Well I called the DR and his nurse is putting it in the works two surgeries so close together wish it would have been done all at once. Now I am just in tears thinking of this.
