Sitting up with incision discomfort

GINI.... This is one of those times in your life when you have to keep your back up and not listen to others and do what you know you can do and is right of you! In my office too, because I have always worked thru being sick, colds, flu, broken ankle, my staff assumed I would be raring to go at week 3. WRONG! Im 7 weeks post op, worked partime last week, and spent virtually most of yesterday ( except getting my nails done..there are priorities of course) on the couch. I wish i felt better and could work more, but I know I cant yet, and this time... this time im doing it my way and doing for me. And I know Im right, because this morning, I woke up pain free! I kmow it wont last all day once i start moving around, but its obvious a day on the couch makes a huge difference. Do what you have to do for you.... work will be there when u get back.. somehow it never goes away!
