8 Weeks post op, still slow bowels, anyone else?

So I am 8 weeks today (wow) and things are still moving pretty slow in the bm department? Is anyone else experiencing this? I wonder if we are just more conscious of it because of the issues after surgery. Maybe I was always a little irregular and did not notice? Thoughts?

8 Weeks post op, still slow bowels, anyone else?

Hi Ms.Anne , I don't remember exactly how long it was before my bowels returned to normal but I do know that it was quite a bit of time. Try to be patient, eat healthy, drink lots of water, and if you are really uncomfortable give your doctor a call. Also, moving around as much as possible may help.

s and Blessings, Lisa

P.S. And remember - we're all right there with you cheering you on!!
