Bad Back Pain and lower abdominal pain - any advice

I am 5 1/2 weeks post-op for LSH. At my 2 week post-op my doctor was concerned that I wasn't healing as well as I should be, so he didn't release me to go back to work. I have had lower back pain since my surgery, but today it has been unbearable. It isn't just the lower back, it goes all the way up. I am having sharp pains in both sides and some cramping in my lower abdoman. I also have an increased amount of clear discharge. I go back to my doctor on Monday, but all of this pain has me concerned. I have taking max. strenght tylenol and motrin throughout the day and it hasn't helped. Tonight I took a tylenol 3 that my doctor prescribed for pain, but it isn't working either. If anyone has any advice, I would greatly appreciate it!!!

Bad Back Pain and lower abdominal pain - any advice

OMG mom of triplet boys, wow that must be a handful.

Why did your doctor think you were not healing as should be?

I sure hope you get to feeling better.

Bad Back Pain and lower abdominal pain - any advice

My boys are 20 months old and are quite the handful, but the most amazing BLESSINGS in my life.

My doctor said my abdomen was still very tender to the touch. I had laproscopic the end of December to remove adhesions cysts caused by my endometriosis. That is when he discovered mu uterus really needed to be removed to help alleviate a lot of my pain. My LSH was less than 2 months later. He thinks because of all of the surgery, my body just isn't healing as fast. Hopefully, this pain is just part of the healing process. I am suppose to go back to work next week, but I can't imagine trying to teach 6th graders with this kind of pain.

Thanks for the kind thoughts!!!
