I have troubles sleeping but I had that problem since before my surgery. I'm starting to get used to it. Some nights I sleep better than others. I haven't talked to my Dr about it I'm hoping that I'll get used to it.

I went to my Dr yesterday and I started crying when I was talking to the nurse. My Dr then came in and said hummm looks like your hormones are off. He said that 1.25 mg was the highest he could go. He also mentioned that since I've been on 3 different HRT in the last 3 weeks that it could be effecting me. Hopefully I will even out so far this seems to be working.

I'm not sure if it's the lowest but the pills I take are only 0.3 mg. It could be because she has me using the cream everyday, too.

I believe that 0.3 is the lowest pill dosage - it is a green tablet. That is the one that I have been using.

hey,

yes, you are correct. 0.3 is the lowest mg Premarin comes in. I had mentioned earlier, back on page 2 I think, that I was having problems with taking my 0.625 Premarin. And i had stopped taking mine, due to having horrible headaches. I guess maybe my doctors ears were burning some, because I have not been very happy with his bedside manners thru my whole journey thru to menopause . So, today, I couldn't stand it anymore and called his office, explained to his nurse what was going on, and to have him call me back.

He did, and we talked about my problems, and what I thought was going on. And we both decided that I wasn't getting enough Estrogen, so he switched me to a new medication called Evamist. its a spray on estrogen, that goes on your forearm one time daily. It's brand new, and I had not even heard of it. I had to look it up and read what I could about it.

I was just wondering if anyone else out there has ever tried it ?
