Any Ladies who had an A and P repair?

Shell, for the sore bum, I've been using baby wipes, & also some Desitin or A & D ointment. Works wonders.

Very earlly in my recovery someone here suggested, "Comfort Sheild" wipes by Sage. There have dimethacone in them which is very soothing and aids in healing. I use the Cottenelle wipes, too but I find the Comfort Sheild wipes are extemely soothing to the multitude of stitches and the hiney area. The only drawback is that they aren't flushable but that's what the garbage is for. It is way worth it when you need that little extra comfort.
