had sex

Please review your original queston. Is your husband usually a bullying type of person ? To threaten you during your healing with divorce if you don't have sex, is not what I would expect from my husband or most men I kinow who would be worried sick about the woman they love, and want her to be healthy. I wish you the best and
I hope you are ok.

I'm not so sure that everything went well at the appointment. The worst part is that the drug prescribed may cause serious harm and the doctor practically high five her husband for having sex.

I wish you only good things.I think you need to take care of you.I know men will be men,but please put yourself first life is to short and you should have only the best. How long have you been married? I have been married 28 years so my husband knows no means no. As far as your Dr goes he does not sound to good you should of had a pelvic exam. I am only saying this for your own health. Get a second opinion.

I agree with the other posts. You might do well with a second opinion. As far as hubby not ejaculating in you, it is not the ejaculate that causes the infection, it is the insertion of his penis that introduces bacteria into your vagina. Please don't feel under pressure to do what he wants to do even if it means he threatens divorce. You have a right to say "NO" when it is not wanted or feasible. It is equivilant as someone raping you. It doens't matter if it was rough sex or not either. I am sorry not to make you feel bad, I am just upset that any husband would put his loved one through an experience as that. Like someone else posted, there are other ways of satisfying the urge. I hope you continue to do well.

I also had my LAVH end of Feb and went for 6 week ceckup lst Wed, DR wouldn't even talk about sex until he had carried out a full examination, which I might add showed that my stitches on the Vaginal cuff where still there and he advised no sex until 8 weeks.

I would be very suss about a Dr that advised otherwise and has not carried out an examinationto see if you are healing properly.

As for your DH - tell him to have a cold shower, how selfish.

You have had major major surgery and will be healing for months to come, so please take it easy and do what is right for yourself not your DH.

Both my gyno and Family Dr advised that it will take your body up to 6mths to fully heal.

Take care and pleased be assured that most of us don't even want anyone to go down there too soon.

this is a time for you!!!

No you are correct, glucophage is for diabetes. I have never heard it used for a BM.
