having a hard time 2 weeks post op..

I know what you mean about doing too much too soon. My five year old fell splat on the concrete and before I knew what I was doing, I had scooped her up and was holding her. NOT GOOD. She is not light and it put me back about two weeks painwise.

Be careful girls.

Sorry you still feel sore but boy I can also relate! Today is week 5 and I'm still sitting in my recliner, afraid to move. I've learned to do a little, sit a little. I'm always imagining that I'm ripping my insides out if I lift a feather! What makes me nervous is I'm supposed to go back to work on May 10 which will make 8 weeks but right now that almost seems impossible! Why don't doctors tell you the truth. 6 weeks my @#%&!

yes, six weeks, hahahaha. I've had quite a good day today but it is inspersed with lying on the bed, esp after tea. Have to put little'un to bed now, so deep breath...

Then back to the bed and laptop for a bit! I, too, am terrifed to lift ANYTHING. My family probably think I'm completely pathetic. I probably am!
