Its a cold and frosty morning here!
Busy getting ready to move, yesterday, just munching through my muesli and DH rang on his way home from work. Did I fancy a cooked breakfast? If he'd rung 5 minutes earlier, I would have!!!
Had a lovely chicky dinner yesterday, chicken, stuffing, roasties, roast parsnip, new potatoes, carrots, cauli, peas & gravy
Today, its:
Breakfast - muesli, w/natural yoghurt
Lunch - cheese on toast
Dinner - ? dunno yet
Already taken Billy out for a walk, this was at 6am in the frost (yikes!)
Gotta go, its 7am time for the peace to be shattered!

Morning Fran Hi to all who pop in today...
Weigh in today was good -- lost those 2 lbs I gained over the past 3 weeks, plus dropped another one -- total of 3 lbs gone
B - kashi cereal w/ soy milk
S - apple
L - WW meal w/ yogurt
S - banana
D - grilled chicken w/ red beans & rice and a salad
S - WW ice cream
Exercise -- looking to walk with the dogs today and then hop on the for 30 mins -- at least that's the plan this morning.
Fran... it's great to "see" you!! It's a cool morning here as well -- but, I really like it like that myself
Ok -- off to getting this day going... lots to do today. Can't find my resume... so I need to work on that during the course of the day -- since the merger completed, we now have to "apply" for our positions. I sure wouldn't mind getting laid off & to enjoy the summer -- guess I should be careful for what I ask for Have a great day all!

Good Morning my BEST friends!
Fran...your dinner sounds yummy. :brr: on the walk this morning.
Sue.. on the 3 pounds gone.
I'm up a bit late. I've been tired and really sleeping well since we wore ourselves out in Texas. So I've just been letting myself wake up when I wake up. I felt I've needed to do that.
I'm having my very OP breakfast right now. Today will be my walk, hopefully time for Curves, and I've got to get myself packed to leave in the morning for Ohio. Spending Tuesday until sometime on Sunday with my parents. Mom needs some help getting her curtains back up after washing them, and there are a few other things that need some doing, so I'll stay busy.
I'll hopefully check in again later.
Have a BEST OP day everyone!!

Wow! Busy day here! I'm late...it was marathon knick knack day! UGH! 4 boxes down and she's only got one small box of trash and another sale box. HELP!
DS16 walked into our room at 11:00 last night and we talked until 12:30 (about life..you know teenagers! LOL). Then I couldn't settle down until 3:00!! I'm exhausted today but determined to not nap...I MUST get on a better sleeping schedule. My food choices today definitely reflect my sleepiness...not really craving the carbs, but that's what I went for. At least chocolate is no longer a problem...and the cookies were small and limited. LOL
Breakfast...tea
Lunch...basil/tomato pizza
Snack...waffle (oops)
Dinner...an Italian sub (works in with the numbers today but too high in sodium)
Snack...2 cookies (oops again)
Fran...Great to see you!!
Sue...WOW! Fantastic job on the three pounds!
Nancy...Sleep is so important! Good for you for doing that for yourself.
Nanno...Great pictures! You look fantastic (positively tiny)! You can't have many more pounds to go to reach your goal?
Valorie...Thinking of you! Your menu sounded FANTASTIC!! Wish I could join you (minus the surgery part)!
Barri...So glad you're feeling better today and Mandy is enjoying her new home!
Melissa...Enjoy the aqua aerobics. Sounds like so much fun! Your cold must be better, since you can plan to go!
Off to prepare for the aerobic decluttering for tomorrow.

Hi all,
I thought I posted...haha...I didn't.
I have started counting my WW points again...can feel the difference already...much more focused.
Have yet to get on the bike, but will do that after typing this...or maybe just get up a bit early and ride longer in the morning (the more I think about it the better that sounds!)
PJ - glad you "seized the moment" with DS last night...you have to talk when THEY are ready...even past our bed times! I did have to laugh when I read how there are more knick knacks saved than going out! Keep smilin'.
DS just asked if I wanted anything at a local fast food and I said NO...I did just eat a clementine orange and it was really sweet. I have stocked up on the low point foods.
Hi's to our surgery gals...hope your pain meds are doing the trick!
Nanno - I have to go peek at the pictures next.
hi's also to the rest...gotta scoot & I will catch you all later.
Ali
