Are they checking your blood suger (Glucose) both fasting and non-fasting?

No they are not checking that this time, but I will ask about it if they don't find anything on the other tests. I know it could be diabetes, which so far I am blessed to not have but it does run in my family.

So I thought I'd get back to you all. I heard about my blood work today. Thyroid, B-12, CBC, Folate were all normal.
My Iron is extremely low at a 6. My Vitamin D was also low I think in the low 20's? Anyway, this is what the Dr. suspected if it wasn't anxiety. This explains the symptoms I've been having. The nurse says maybe my body is not strong enough to get my iron levels back up on it's own and needs a boost. My iron was this low for almost 2 years prior to surgery.
So I'll be on iron supplements for 6 weeks and on a Vitamin D prescription.
Anyone else had trouble getting their iron up after surgery?
