tdrum: Yes, orangish is how I would describe the spotting. They are only small spots, but also that colour when I wipe after going to pee. The awful thing about the burning incision I have realised is that it burns even a few inches away from the incision line, which must be stuff on the inside that is still traumatised. I keep trying to decide if each day is better or worse. If I don't feel happier by Monday I am definitely going to make another doctor's appointment and complain.

I am feeling the burning around the incision a bit more, too. I was wondering if i was because some of the numbness is going away.

Hello tdrummond1,
I too had the same surgery on the same day with some nerve work done too. I have a wicked long incision and it does still really hurt-- especially the ends and well burning too! I do feel like resting does help. We have once chance to recover properly, right? Take it easy and rest more than you think you need too. Easier said than done! I think our bodies are still in shock abit!

swelly belly bamd

I ordered the swelly belly band today hoping it will relieve some of the itching and burning at my incision site. Have any of you tried it?
