No more stitches!

Hi Ladies,

Just wanted to share that the last of my internal stitches came out today! Kind of scary, and I'm a little paranoid that everything "up there" is going to fall apart, but I'm glad that my body is healing.

Otherwise, things are progressing normally, I'm happy to report. I've been told by my doctor that I should wait another month and a half before doing any serious exercise, but I've been secretly doing some mild strengthening exercises.

Back to work to my 12 hour days, but after a month in my apartment, that was a welcome change.

Just celebrating!!! Quietly, of course ;-)
