Might have overdone it........

I have pretty much done everything in the "DON'T" list. I still feel really good though?!? Surely I could tell if I had done too much......help? I had a total hysterectomy 3 weeks ago and I am 35.

20 days post op and you feel good? AWESOME!....I believe you would know if you did to much, the body screams at you when your overdoing it! what kind of surgery did you have?

I had a total Hyst. - Uterus and both ovaries. LOTS of fibroids and large cysts on both ovaries.

YOU have been through the ringer!!!! How are you?

I'm FABULOUS!....You takin any kind of hormone pills? have you had any phantom pain they talk about? I didn't have any Thank God!

Estradiol 2mg - I feel fine ) What kind of phantom pain? I've had some twinges, every once in a while, but really nothing to tell about.

I don't know for sure what it is I havent had it but Ive heard talk of it...Glad to hear you also feel good!...did you keep your cervix?

overdoing it

Hi all yeh i think i really have overdone it had my tah on 10/4/08 got a lift into town yesterday then walked back took around 20 mins got half way back and thought oops this is a bad idea was gonna ring hubby to get a lift but then thought he'd think i was being a bit dramatic so carried on had lunch then went straigh to sleep untill the kids got in from school,had lots of swelly belly today and some very unplesant twinges inside, am seriously gonna take it easy for the next couple of days lol

Yes, I still have my cervix - 3/4 of it anyway. I was diagnosed with displasia - not sure of spelling - in 2000, before I had my first son. they did CONE surgery and "scooped" out the bad part.

Please be careful. You may want to read about adhesions in the 3-4 week post-op section on this website.

Your body will definitely tell you if you overdue the activity! No question!
