sore boobs

My boobs were killing me last week as well as groin pain & backache. When I looked at the calendar it was PMS time. My ovaries didn't skip a beat with my surgery. I took some Motrin and that helped. I've also been taking Tylenol PM to help me sleep.

Sore Boobs

I, too, have been suffering with sore boobs since my surgery. I guess this is what still occurs when you keep the ovaries, huh? Anyway, I just put an icepack on them and take Advil or Tylenol(Extra Strength), massage them when possible and keep moving. However the sharp pains come/go and you just want to scream

You can talk to your doctor about your PMS symptoms and ask about your options. In the past my GYN has suggested low dose birth control, cutting out foods known to be high in plant estrogen, and B 6. Cold packs can help with the breast swelling and tenderness along with some ibuprophen. in there! S

sore boobs

I've had VERY sore boobs twice now since surgery... I never had them before when I had PMS. Hmmmm. And here is where it gets particularly interesting, I've been on birth control since 2 weeks post op to help with the endo situation. So, I'm not ovulating... I'm so very confused about this new symptom. Dumb me, I completely forgot to ask about it at my post op yesterday. Is it possible to still have PMS symptoms while on BC? I was on it for many years and never had any issues...
