prolapsed rectum

I am hoping someone can help explain what I am going through. I had a hysterectomy three years ago and then had my ovaries removed last year, due to several cysts. I have not really had any problems and now I always feel like I have something bulging in my vagina. The worst part is that everytime I urinate I have a small bowel movement. It is like I have no control, even though that is the only time that happens. I have very loose bowels when that happens. I do not have any leaking when I sneeze or anything. It just seems to be when I use the muscles to urinate the "rectal" muscles take over. has anyone experienced this problem or know what it is?

prolapsed rectum could be a rectocele, but in my experience a rectocele usually makes it harder to have a bowel movement not looser. But everyone is different. If you feel a bulging, I would definitely get in to see your doctor. He/she should be able to diagnose a rectocele if it's there.
