Incisional Hernia

I just found out I have a incisional hernia a year after my hyster. I also have pain down in my groin and the oncologist said its not a mass. Could this be another hernia there to as I also had a cyst removed and the doctor cut horizontal that time. At least it explains why I haven't wanted to exercise since I've been feeling pain when I move around too much.

Incidentally, I moved around too quickly after the hyster and tried to get back to as normal as possible including exercising soon after the surgery. Ladies, take it slow even when the doctor gives you the go ahead to return to normal.

Best to everyone. - Susan (mgharway)

Incisional Hernia

So sorry to hear about this complication - I hope you can get this resolved quickly.

My surgeon warned me that incisional hernia was a possible complication if I did too much, too soon. If I may ask, when did you begin to go back to your normal routine, including exercise?
