Hi,

I have not used one, but you can do a Search and see what others have to say about the Chillow.

I hope it helps keep you cool and comfortable.

Chill Pillow

I LOVE my Chillow! Right after surgery having ice on my belly felt much better than heat. It really helps with the hot flashes and night sweats. Although I think I might need another one - even the Chillow gets hot some nights and it would be great to have another one to switch it out!

Chill Pillow

OMG - I have had my chillow for 2 weeks now and I do love it! I have perimenopause symptoms - no night sweats yet, but I do get hot (throw off the covers), then cold (put them back on) all night long.

The chillow keeps me comfy all night long. I tried it under my head at first, but didn't like the smell. Now I just put it under my torso (I sleep semi stomach/semi side) and I don't feel the extremes in temperature. It's very nice.

I also used it under my sore tummy a few nights. Relieved the cramping sensations quickly so I could get to sleep.

It is soooo worth the cost!
