Talking - Finally! Finally!

I was diagnosed with endo in 2005 and had a large mass removed from the cul-de-sac, which my husbands describes as "right between the playground and the sewer" and felt great for months after, started getting some pain and bleeding back in 06, went on lupron. my doc went in lapro again and scraped some endo off my bowel, the top of my bladder, and my right ovary.
I've recently moved to a new state, am seeing a new Doc and Dr. B is the bestestest! He took a quick feel around, did a sono, and his exact words were "how are you walking around like that??!! Oh, girlfriend, let's have that out."
I almost kissed him as I have been waiting for someone to tell me that for years. I know it's not a cure, but it will sure be a relief from the fibroids, the pain, the bowling ball belly, the constipation and the bleeeeeeeeeeeding.

Not to mention no more livin' la vida Lortab! or living on Lortab planet!

I will be SO happy to be able to dance again, go hiking again, be a PERSON again! Here I come, castle!

I just had my hysterectomy because of pain with endometriosis. My doctor said that when he did my hysterectomy, there is no evidence of any more endo but I did have scar tissue that was pulling my left ovary into the back of my uterus and I had adenomyosis. So glad to be on this side of the surgery and doing well. Best of luck to're right, it will be nice to get back to being ourselves again. Seems like I lost me somewhere along the way but after surgery, I'm looking forward to so many things again.
