Anyone have an LSH while on their period?

I'm scheduled for my LSH on 8/26 and I'll be on my period. Anyone else go through this?

I didn't have my period, but it won't make any difference. I did have a period during my ablation several years ago. They just have you with a pad until time to operate. After you're asleep, they take care of all that. Afterwards, they will already have a pad on you or under you post-op. No sweat! (And it'll be your last one!!! Yipppeeee!!)

I had LSH almost 2 years ago, it was the end of my period, Dr. said it did not matter at all. It was a breeze! Best thing that has ever happened to me.

i didnt have my period when i had my lsh, but it wont make a difference for you. good luck with you surgery!

I had mine and it was no big deal. I wore a pad and mesh panties into surgery and woke up the same way... Except when I woke up I wasn't bleeding.

I had my period when I had my SAH. Dr said it didn't matter. They gave me a pad prior to surgery and I had one on when I woke up in recovery. I actually didn't need it afterwards
