Results of biopsies

Am post-op from Aug. 14th for a total hysterectomy + and am wondering when do I find out about chemo or?? My nerves are about gone...Help!!!

I found out about whether I would need more treatment at my two-week post op visit. Please give your doctor a call and schedule an appointment. Your doctor should have your pathology reports by now.

I had to wait three weeks for the official results since my oncologist was out of town, but he had told us after the surgery that everything looked good. The pathology reports confirmed that.

Didn't your doc give you any indication after the surgery if it looked like everything was taken care of?

Thanks for all the answers to my questions..My Dr. said my case was so unusual she was going to bring it up at a conference before I will see her again and have some answers..I had a growth on my ovary that less than 1per cent of women ever have!! It was the same one that causes testicular cancer in men. .Wow..It was overpowering my body with giant doses of testosterone..I go see the Dr. on the 11th so I can't wait to hear what she says..Since I've already gone through chemo one time, I pray I never have to do that again!! Bless all you sisters..
