Hi Nannatobe

I am still having mild gas pains 5 weeks out from TAH/BSO but well remember the pain from the early days.

Walking should help to relieve it so do laps of your home as often as you feel able. It really does get the gas moving and I didn't need to resort to any medication to help me.

If you are still on drugs they could be causing it, as could your diet. Get yourself off the drugs as quickly as pain allows and try not to eat anything spicy.

I took GAS-X. It is a god send and it made me so much more comfortable. It doesn't hurt to take something in order to be not in so much pain. Why be in all that pain if there is something that can help.
