Cervical Polyp removal??? 4 years post?

Question: Cervical Polyp... Should I be worried?

Now my rant...
I am 4 yrs post I cant remember the abbreviations but my Hyst... was done Laprascopicaly(spelling) Ovaries included and I have had HRT ever since... with minimal tweeking. I have felt wonderful over all. Exept the few months... Anyway... Yesterday, I thought I was on my period. I could not figure out where my bleeding was coming from, FIRST THING in the morning. I was able to go into my MD. keep in mind I had NEVER had a hemmoroid with pregnancy... I dont suffer with constipation... but I had a massive bleeding one INTERNALLY yesteday? whats up with that? And to boot... I had an inflamed and swollen polyp on whats left of my cervix. They both had to be cauterized yesterday... I feel like I have have been burned and violated... LITERALY!!! I went through my HYST, and felt like I recovered better than this, I guess that recovering from c-sections and my hyst... is nothing like what I just went through huh? But I feel like a wimp? I have two toddlers, and I want to beg someone to make me dinner, and my DH is so sweet and not complaining, and I am worried about the polyp....

Sorry about the run on paragraph... I needed to vent, and I dont know who to talk to, I have no one, my age, or near by that I know that has had any of these same issues... Most everyone I know that wants to know anything about hyster-stuff, comes to me to ask questions... I guide them to Hystersisters...

Have you been taking a lot of aspirin or Ibuprofen? Are you on any prescribed blood thinners? These things can cause unknown roids/polyps to bleed.

You are not a wimp.........bodily malfunctions can be scary.

I've not had your situation, but hope that anyone that has, shall come along soon and share........hopefully assisting with your peace of mind.

Take care...........................s.....Deb
