Estradiol pills/liver?

I hear a lot of doctors talk about how bad the estradiol pills are for our liver. Is this really true? They like to push the patch and other transdermal forms of estrogen because they don't "tax the liver".

I take so many other pills for allergies, asthma and IC, would the estradiol pill really be worse than the other medications I take?

I took the birth control pill for years and I never had a doctor tell me how bad it was for my liver. Aren't the BCP and the estradiol pills similar?

Is estradiol pill bad for liver?

Estradiol pills/liver?

it is for mine!!! I had to stop the pills after 6 months because they were making me ill, elevated liver function, indigestion, pain in the stomach under the ribs tiredness, headaches etc etc. So I did without for 10 months then tried a patch, same problems again. Bad indigestion stomach pains and blotches everywhere the patch had been. So no messing this time I ripped the patch off and will never touch the stuff again, I may have been unlucky other ladies do well on it.
