Will menopause symptoms increase if I start using progesterone?

I've posted before that I don't take any HRT, but I was thinking of using some progesterone, either OTC or Rx because I had endo.. I drink soy milk, flax, ect. I'm doing ok without any HRT, only some warm moments.
My question I guess is..if I start on either type of progesterone do you think my meno symptoms will increase, like right now I have just warm moments, but will it turn into hot flashes because my estrogen level will be even lower when starting prog?? (sorry if my ? sounds confusing) After reading other threads on this site I thought I would ask.

We are all different, so it is hard to say what you will experience with it. You can try it, and see how you like it. Everyone is different with the hormones, so it is kind of trial and error kind of thing with it.

Hope it works for you.
