Returning to Work

I am 5 weeks post from tvh, a&p repair and bladder sling. I go to see the Dr.'s next week, I have finally started to feel pretty good, except for fatigue and still seem to be having bladder pains and going about every two hours. Is this normal? Bowels are no quite right yet, but are better than they were. I was hoping to be back at work fulltime at 6 weeks, but 8 hours sems like a long time, and I know I will be slammed as soon as I walk in the door. Anyone have some thoughts or experience on getting back to a normal routine?
