Muscle Difficulties after TAH

For anyone who is six months and longer, how are your abdominal muscles? I feel better but am having a real difficult time with my muscles. Seems like I can't do anything and I irritate them. I don't have pain - just a constant deep soreness and it is so frustrating. Has anyone else experienced this?

sore around belly button

Hi! I don't know if this is the same thing, but I was looking for answers to soreness around my belly-button area. It is tender to the touch. I went for a slightly longer walk yesterday (around one block!) and am really sore today. I asked my doctor about it last week at my 6-week post-op, and he was mystified since it's nowhere near the incision. I feel great otherwise.

Yes, I still have soreness. Somedays I don't feel anything, but if i overdue or carry even semi-heavy things I get the soreness. I wonder when it goes away

Muscle Difficulties after TAH

My surgery was 10 months ago and if I overdo, I definitely feel it... My incision was vertical (belly button to pubic area) so I don't know if this makes a difference. But the core strength does not seem to be what it once was...
