Burning Sensation in abdomen

Hello Ladies,
I think I did something I shouldn't of. I was bending over and fell forward when I felt an intense burning stab on the right side of my abdomen parallel to my belly button but about two inches to the right.
Now it burns every time I move. I can't bend down or over without pain. If I stay upright I'm fine. Do you think I've pulled stitches this far along? Or adhesions maybe. I have not idea what it is and I'm frightened of going back to the Dr and being admitted to the hospital again....Does anybody else have experience with this????

Burning Sensation in abdomen

I have had a pain to the left of my belly button and diagonally down about an inch almost since week 3... My doc said it is possible to have adhesions form that quickly... I have learned to live with the "discomfort" (not really pain) and try not to lean against any counters... I am 10 months out and it is still there..

Thank you PattieO
I feel a little better knowing I'm not alone. I'm sorry you are still dealing with this hopefully the discomfort/pain will go away with time.
Do you take any meds for the pain?

Burning Sensation in abdomen

I am also having some tenderness on my left side if I lean on or against something. Still sore at the end of the night I'd say I am at about 90%. My Dr. told me it may take up to a year before I'm completely normal agin whatever that is!!! My belly still swells at night too. I guess we just have to be patient not easy though..... If it continues I would tell your Doc. Good luck.....
