can i get my belly button peirced after i heal from hysterectomy...i had an abdominal

wondering if its safe ti get belly button peirced after i heal...and who has had experiances with belly peircings and if they heal nice...

I don't know why it wouldn't be safe if you are fully healed and go to a reputable piercer.

When my daughter wanted her's done I did a lot of research before giving her the OK to have it done.

I was surprised to read that it is one of the most rejected piercings. The body will sometimes heal from the inside, pushing the jewelry closer and closer to the surface.

My daughter has had her's for about 10 years now. She never had any problems with it besides the ouch factor while it healed.
