anyone tried Evamist??

I was done with the vivelle dot and just couldn't get the dosing right. I was ready to give up on ERT all together but my doc. reminded me of the lasting effects of not taking anything.

She thinks I am having absorbsion issues so she is having me try Evamist, which is a spray that you use once a day. It's 10X better than dealing with those little patches.

I think the once a day dosing will help make my level a little more consistent. It is bio-identical and very very easy to use.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has tried it for a long period of time and if they liked it. I've been on it for about 2 weeks and so far it seems great. I do get some hot flashes at night but it's not bad enough to go up a dose.

Thanks,
Tera
