Should I be concerned...?

12 weeks post TAH - I'm getting uncomfortable pain on my left side and quite a 'dragging' type pain in my lower abdomen. Some (very slight) spotting also

Am in my 1st week back in work (mainly desk job)

I feel bad about taking anymore time off to see a doctor if this is quite normal

Should I be concerned...?

Ouch! Could you perhaps call the office and speak to the nurse? It sounds normal though. Even though you are at a desk, you are still using your abs and moving around.

I hope you feel better soon!

I think I would at least check in with the nurse if you can. I agree that even at a desk you are moving around more. Try to take it easy and I hope you are feeling better soon.
