Low Temperature

I haven't been feeling real well the last week or so, mostly just extremely tired. I assume the tired feeling is because I have been over doing it. I have been taking my temp to see if I am running a temp and each time it comes out at 96.3. I have tried retaking it about 30 mintues later and I have done this two or three nights over the last week and it stays around 96.3 is this normal?

Re: Low Temperature

That is the ball park my temp usually is. However, if it does not change at all, your thermometer might have gone on strike. You should be able to get it up if you drink something warm, or go under covers and get yourself really warm. Just to test it to see if somebody needs to run to Walgreens for you.

Do you feel like you could have fever? How are your blood counts? Are you eating enough? Sleeping enough?

Re: Low Temperature

What type of thermometer is it? Unless it's an oral and you leave it in a couple minutes at least, then I wouldn't trust that.
